KANSAS WINS BEST IN SHOW ON HER AUSTRALIAN SHOW DEBUT!!!
13/02/2010 - At Erskine Park, Sydney, Kansas wins Best Exhibit in the Utility Group & Best Exhibit in Show in her very first show on Australian soil!!
14/02/2010 - Kansas follows up her amazing debut by winning Best Exhibit in the Utility Group the following day!!! What a way to make your debut weekend!!!
Although shown sparingly in the UK Kansas certainly made an impact when brought out and achieved;

Kansas has also shown her value in the whelping box prior to being relocated to Australia by recently producing an outstanding litter in the UK to a Ch Redwitch Feel Free to Stare "JC" grandson. "Fraser" Redwitch Adrenaline Junkie (pictured at 8 months) recently made his show debut (Jan 2010) and was awarded Best Puppy of Breed under Breed Specialist Mrs Meg Purnell-Carpenter of Overhills Akitas UK.
With a special breeding planned for Kansas in 2010, we are very excited to further strengthen our position as one of the leading Akita kennels in the Southern Hemisphere.
Again we are indebted to Dave & Jenny Killilea & Arlene Clure of the immortal Redwitch Akitas for sending us this gorgeous girl to assist us in our pursuit of producing top quality Akitas consistently.
